Mr. Nelson's practice focuses on the representation of closely-held businesses and their principals. His business representation includes a broad range of corporate and partnership matters, from formation through the purchase and sale of businesses. He also serves on the Board of Directors of several corporations.

Mr. Nelson also represents financial institutions in conjunction with loan documentation, UCC matters, SBA compliance, workouts and other commercial matters.

Mr. Nelson's representation of individuals includes estate planning, advice regarding Wisconsin's Marital Property Law, probate, taxation and real estate.
