Surveys have shown that over 50% of adults in the United States do not have a Will or Trust. Many mistakenly believe that “estate planning” is only for the wealthy; however, everyone who owns assets needs an estate plan. Don’t wait until there is a death in the family or you are seriously ill. Those are times of emotional stress. We understand that focusing on the task of estate planning has never been easy.
